How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 3 PM MT ship the same business day from Gilbert, AZ. Standard delivery is 2-5 business days after dispatch; expedited handling is available at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Yes, standard shipping is free on all US orders over $150. Standard shipping is otherwise $8, and concierge/expedited handling is $20.

What's your return policy?

Unopened, unused vials in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once a seal is broken or a compound is reconstituted it cannot be returned. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced free of charge with a prepaid return label.

How should I store the peptides?

Lyophilized peptides ship stable at room temp; store at -20°C on receipt. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 4°C and use within the peptide's known stability window.
