Information we collect

We collect only what an order or an account requires:

• Contact details - name, email address, phone number
• Shipping and billing address
• Order history, including compounds, quantities, and batch/COA records
• Account credentials, stored as salted hashes we cannot read
• Optional information you volunteer through contact, wholesale, or waitlist forms
• Basic usage analytics - pages viewed, referring source, device type

How we use it

Your information is used to process and ship orders, send order and shipping confirmations, provide batch certificates of analysis, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and meet record-keeping obligations for research-material sales.

With your consent, we also send research education emails and product announcements. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects transactional order emails.

Payment information

We never see or store full card numbers. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider, and only a truncated reference is retained on the order. Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App payments are handled entirely on those platforms; we record only that payment was received.

Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with providers who help operate the store. Each is bound to use it only to deliver their service:

• Stripe - card payment processing
• USPS / EasyPost - shipping labels and tracking
• Email delivery provider - order, shipping, and newsletter email
• Follow Up Boss - customer relationship and order-alert records
• Supabase - database and authentication hosting

SMS and phone numbers

A phone number given at checkout is used for delivery issues and, if you opted in, order or launch alerts. Reply STOP to any alert to opt out. We do not share phone numbers with advertisers.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies and local storage for essential functions - your cart, session, and theme - plus aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell behavioral profiles. You can block cookies in your browser, though cart and sign-in will stop working.

Data retention and security

Order and COA records are retained as long as needed for compliance and customer support. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and access to customer records is limited to authenticated staff accounts with role-based permissions.

Your rights

Email Info@EnosUSA.com to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to opt out of marketing. We respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain records of completed orders where law requires it, even after an account is deleted.

Children

This site sells research-use-only materials to qualified professionals aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
