Processing and dispatch

Orders placed before 3 PM MT ship the same business day from Gilbert, AZ. Orders placed after the 3 PM MT cutoff, on weekends, or on US holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Orders paid by Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App dispatch once payment clears. Card payments dispatch immediately after authorization.

Rates and free shipping

Standard US shipping is $8. Concierge/expedited handling is $20. Standard shipping is free on every US order over $150.

Tracking

A USPS tracking number is emailed to you the moment the label is purchased, along with a link to follow the parcel. You can also look up any order at any time from the order tracking page.

Packaging and handling

Lyophilized research vials are stable at ambient temperature during transit and are packed in protective, discreet outer packaging. On receipt, store sealed vials as described on the product datasheet.

International orders

Contact Info@EnosUSA.com before placing an international order. Customs regulations vary by destination and some research compounds may be restricted.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking stalls for more than 7 business days, email Info@EnosUSA.com with your order number and photographs. Damaged or defective vials are replaced free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
