Research use only

All compounds, blends, reference materials, and accessories sold here are for laboratory research use only. They are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use and must not be administered to humans or animals, ingested, injected, applied topically, or used in any diagnostic or therapeutic setting.

Nothing on this website - including datasheets, education articles, certificates of analysis, and the reconstitution calculator - is medical advice or a claim of therapeutic benefit. Reference to published literature describes research findings, not intended product use.

Buyer eligibility and warranties

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution or laboratory
• You will use the materials solely for lawful in-vitro research
• You will not resell, relabel, or redistribute the materials for human or animal use
• You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction

Handling responsibility

Once materials leave our facility, you assume all responsibility for safe storage, handling, and disposal in accordance with good laboratory practice and applicable regulations. Materials must be kept out of reach of children and clearly labeled as research chemicals.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout governs your order. We may cancel or limit any order - including orders with pricing errors, suspected fraud, or quantities inconsistent with research use - and will refund in full when we do.

Accepted payment methods are card (via Stripe), Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Orders paid by manual method are held until payment clears and may be cancelled if unpaid after 5 business days.

Discounts and promotional codes

Promotional codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be applied retroactively, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Signup and welcome discounts are limited to one per household.

Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines, rates, and free-shipping thresholds are set out in our shipping policy. Return eligibility and the process for damaged or incorrect items are set out in our returns policy. Both are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Certificates of analysis

Every batch is third-party tested and its certificate of analysis reflects testing of that batch as received by the testing laboratory. COAs are provided for verification purposes and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Intellectual property

The ENOS Labs USA name, logo, product photography, datasheets, education articles, and handbook content are our property and may not be reproduced or republished commercially without written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Materials are supplied “as is” with no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond conformity with the published certificate of analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENOS Labs USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify ENOS Labs USA against any claim arising from your misuse of the materials, including any administration to humans or animals.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, resale for human use, or abuse of promotional codes.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. We may update these terms at any time; the version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order. Questions: Info@EnosUSA.com.
