Returns & replacements
Because these are research-use-only materials, our return policy is built around vial integrity. Unopened, unused vials in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Anything damaged, incorrect, or defective is replaced at our cost.
14-day return window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on vials that are unopened, unused, with seals intact and in their original packaging. Once a vial seal is broken or the compound has been reconstituted, it can no longer be returned - chain-of-custody and sterility can no longer be verified.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If a vial arrives cracked, unsealed, or you received the wrong compound or strength, email Info@EnosUSA.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We issue a free prepaid USPS return label and ship a replacement - or refund in full - at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email Info@EnosUSA.com with your order number and the reason for the return, or use the return center inside your account. We reply with return authorization and, where applicable, a prepaid label. Do not ship anything back before receiving authorization.

- Receive return authorization (and a prepaid label if the fault is ours)
- Ship the sealed vials back in their original packaging
- Refund issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is free - a prepaid label is provided - when the item is damaged, defective, or was shipped in error. For change-of-mind returns on unopened vials, the customer covers return postage and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned once delivered:
- Opened or reconstituted vials, or vials with broken seals
- Digital products, including the Peptides Research Handbook PDF editions
- Bacteriostatic water and consumable accessories once opened
- Custom or bulk/wholesale orders, unless damaged or defective
Refunds and order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before a shipping label is purchased - email Info@EnosUSA.com immediately. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App payments are refunded to the same handle used for payment.
