What is SLU-PP-332?
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small molecule, not a peptide, that activates the estrogen related receptors ERRalpha, beta and gamma. Mouse studies published from 2023 examined it as an exercise mimetic in muscle metabolism and metabolic syndrome models. It has no human trial data and is not an approved drug.
